Leisure’s office is located at 6558 Villa De Costa Dr, Orlando, FL 32821 in between building F and G. Palace’s office is located at 6145 Carrier Dr, 1508B, Orlando, FL 32819 in Tower B . After you pass through the gate, continue through our main lobby where the front desk will assist.

No, parking is unassigned, giving residents flexibility.

Vintage Grove and Palace offers controlled gated access. Blue Tree and Leisure are not gated.
